Absolutely have to have it tuned.
Could you suggest the best coil pack setup and spark plugs for an upgrade from the OEM?
Stock coil packs are excellent. Aftermarket can actually have some reliability issues. If you are pushing serious power and/or running Methanol, you might want to move to a smart coil paired with the appropriate standalone ecu.

You know any companies with a solution for requiring an old TBI 350 with a 4l60E? Painless Performance skipped over the 94-95 model trucks, and Ron Francis has setup for it, but with a giant connection block with wires coming out four different directions.
But it was still pulling and it was fun I was in a tunnel coming out in second gear around 135 mph

10,000 rpm equals the piston going up 166.66 times a second and down 166.66 times a second. Absolutely phenomenal and the sound is Awesome. I built a 329 ci chevy ( 283 crank and 400 sbc block and it will turn 10,000 rpm all you want . Even 11,000 rpm. The power is unmatched and it is very reliable. Must have titanium rods to be reliable.

Where do you get the Vacumn for the Brake Booster
Just test drove a Ram 1500 with SST and simply blew my mind on how smooth and powerful this engine is. I thought my Hemi Ram 1500 was quick. This truck spins the tires from a 40 mph roll. The speedometer moves so fast I had to back off at 85 mph.

Shimming seems like a good idea. Consider that the crank is not up on the oil film when it is shut down. The crank will center its self in the bearings when spinning on the oil. what about using something like a .003 on top and a .002 on the bottom? .0025 sides? Also the accessory belt will be lifting the crank snout. Oh ya and the blower belt too.

F-body oil pan LS3 or L92 rectangular intake 4-bolt cable throttle body Ignition coils etc. You might also consider a front spring change going from an aluminum block to iron block.

My dream car 😢
I did a super late model engine and when I freshened it up after a season the pins were loose and I could see microscopic marks on the tops of the pistons. I figured I had too little quench space and got the pistons pin holes resized and .003 bigger pins and a .003 thicker head gasket and got the quench to where it should have been. I was lucky it didn't destroy the engine and could be fixed.
Still dropping exhaust valves?
We have not had any issues on these, most of the ones as of late were due to money-shifts by the driver. We still recommend inspecting them for wear just as a CYA. It's just like BMW S85 main bearings, you know it's been an issue, you probably shouldn't ignore it and keep an eye on it.
